The extent of value added is generally gaining importance. Following its vision of producing machines for world market leaders, our company, a Carinthian family-owned business with a workforce of 630 employees, has over the past few decades established itself as a partner for outsourcing operations.

We mainly focus on manufacturing complete machines and modules in series ranging in size between 1 and 300 units per year. For series exceeding 60 units per year, we have implemented synchronous intermittent production according to the principles of World Class Manufacturing.

Additionally, our operations comprise serial manufacturing in batch sizes of up to 100 units per day. For these purposes, we use 175 CNC machines connected through a DNC system with the CAD/CAM department on a Pro Engineer basis.

Additionally, we use a range of measuring machines to ensure appropriate quality control.
